Delete Your TrueMax Account
Use this page to request deletion of your TrueMax account and the account information associated with it. This is the official account deletion request page for the TrueMax Android app.
What gets deleted
- Your TrueMax account and account authentication record
- Account information stored to provide account functionality
- Account-linked subscription state held by TrueMax
What is stored only on your device
Face photos and facial-analysis results are processed locally on your device and are not uploaded to TrueMax servers. You can delete them from within the app, or by clearing the app's data or uninstalling the app.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel any active TrueMax Pro subscription in your Google Play account settings. Purchase records may be retained by Google Play and RevenueCat according to their own policies and legal obligations.
Timeline
Requests are reviewed and processed within 30 days. We may contact you at the email address you provide to verify that the request came from the account owner.
