TrueMax Terms of Service

By downloading, accessing, or using TrueMax, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

TrueMax is an appearance analysis and self-improvement application. It provides a guided face scan, on-device facial analysis, an overall score, facial category analysis, identification of strengths and improvement areas, personalized recommendations, scan history, progress tracking, and improvement planning.

Some functionality requires an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity that occurs through it. You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep it up to date.

TrueMax offers optional paid functionality through TrueMax Pro. Subscriptions purchased through Google Play are billed and managed through Google Play, and subscription entitlements may be managed with RevenueCat.

Subscription renewals, cancellations and refunds are handled according to the terms and policies of the store used for the purchase. You can manage or cancel a subscription through your Google Play account settings.

You agree not to:

• Use TrueMax for unlawful purposes
• Upload or scan images of other people without their permission
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the application
• Use automated means to access or abuse the service
• Resell or redistribute the application or its output as your own service

You are responsible for the images you capture and for the decisions you make based on the information TrueMax provides. Recommendations are informational suggestions, not professional advice.

The TrueMax application, brand, design, and content are protected by intellectual property rights. These Terms do not grant you rights to the TrueMax name, logo, or software beyond the limited right to use the application as intended.

TrueMax provides appearance analysis and self-improvement recommendations for informational purposes. Results may vary depending on image quality, lighting, camera angle, facial expression, and other factors. TrueMax is not a medical diagnostic tool and does not provide medical advice.

The application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TrueMax is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the application.

You may stop using TrueMax at any time and may request deletion of your account through the account deletion request page. We may suspend or terminate access where the application is used in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

TrueMax may add, modify, or remove features over time to improve the application or to meet technical, legal, or store requirements.

These Terms may be updated. The date at the top of this page indicates when they were last updated. Continued use of TrueMax after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
