Camera and Photos

TrueMax uses the device camera to provide a guided face scan. The scan guides users through front, left and right captures.

Face photos captured during the scan are processed locally on the user's device. TrueMax does not upload users' face photos to TrueMax servers, and does not store users' face photos in Firestore or other TrueMax cloud storage.

Photos used by the app are stored locally on the user's device and can be deleted by the user.

Facial Analysis Data

TrueMax performs facial analysis locally on the user's device. Facial measurements, facial landmarks, scores, analysis results, and derived facial-analysis information are processed on-device.

TrueMax does not upload facial-analysis measurements or results to TrueMax cloud servers, and does not store facial-analysis measurements or results in Firestore. The user's face and facial-analysis information therefore remain on the user's device rather than being stored in TrueMax's cloud database. Users can delete their locally stored scan data.

Account Information

TrueMax uses Firebase Authentication for account authentication. Depending on the sign-in method, TrueMax may process account identifiers such as an email address, an authentication provider identifier, and account authentication information.

Account-related information is used to provide account functionality and to associate subscription and account information with the appropriate user. Face photos and facial-analysis data are not stored as part of the user's cloud account data.

Subscription Information

TrueMax offers optional paid functionality through TrueMax Pro. Subscription and purchase information may be processed through RevenueCat and Google Play Billing. This may include information necessary to determine whether a user has an active subscription or entitlement.

TrueMax does not need to store users' face photos or facial-analysis results in order to manage subscriptions.

Device and Technical Information

TrueMax may process limited technical information necessary to operate the application, such as device type or model, operating system information, app version, and technical diagnostic information when required to operate or troubleshoot the service.

TrueMax currently does not use Firebase Analytics and currently does not use Firebase Crashlytics. If these services are added in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated before or when the relevant data collection begins.

TrueMax uses information to:

• Provide account functionality
• Perform face scans
• Generate facial analysis
• Generate scores and recommendations
• Maintain locally stored scan history
• Provide progress tracking
• Provide TrueMax Pro subscription functionality
• Respond to support requests
• Maintain security and reliability
• Improve the application when appropriate

Facial analysis is performed locally on the user's device.

Face photos. Stored locally on the user's device. Not uploaded to TrueMax servers.

Facial analysis. Processed locally on the user's device. Not stored in TrueMax cloud storage.

Account information. Account-related information may be processed through Firebase Authentication and related cloud infrastructure required for account functionality.

Subscription information. Subscription entitlement and purchase information may be processed through RevenueCat and Google Play Billing.

TrueMax currently uses Firebase services for account-related functionality and cloud data required for that functionality.

Firebase Authentication may process authentication and account information.

Firestore may be used for account-related information, including information necessary for application functionality and subscription/account state.

TrueMax does not store users' face photos or facial-analysis results in Firestore.

TrueMax uses RevenueCat to help manage subscription entitlements and subscription-related functionality. RevenueCat may process information necessary to identify and manage a user's subscription status.

TrueMax does not send users' face photos to RevenueCat for subscription management.

TrueMax uses Google Play's billing infrastructure to process purchases and subscriptions made through Google Play. Payment processing is handled through Google Play.

TrueMax does not receive or store users' full payment card details through the app.

TrueMax does not retain users' face photos or facial-analysis data on TrueMax servers.

Locally stored face photos and scan information remain on the user's device until the user deletes the relevant data or removes the app's stored data.

Account-related information may remain in the systems used to provide account functionality until it is no longer required or until an applicable deletion request is processed.

Subscription-related records may also be retained by relevant third-party providers according to their own policies and legal obligations.

Users can delete locally stored face photos and facial-analysis information from within the application.

TrueMax does not store users' face photos or facial-analysis results on TrueMax servers.

Users who want to request deletion of their TrueMax account and associated account information can submit a request through Delete Your Account.

Logging out only ends the current authenticated session; it does not delete an account.

TrueMax does not knowingly request or require children to provide personal information beyond what is necessary to use the service. If you believe a child has provided personal information in violation of applicable requirements, please contact us at contactquantlabs@gmail.com so that we can review the request.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including rights to access, correct, delete, or request information about how your data is processed.

TrueMax provides appearance analysis and self-improvement recommendations for informational purposes. Results may vary depending on image quality, lighting, camera angle, facial expression, and other factors. TrueMax is not a medical diagnostic tool and does not provide medical advice.

This Privacy Policy may be updated when the application or the services it relies on change. The date at the top of this page indicates when it was last updated.
